Nestling peacefully in the tiny hamlet of Hope Bagot in the Clee Hills, yet only five miles from Ludlow, we can welcome two to four guests in one party in a ground floor wing with French windows to the garden. Down a small country lane, far from the throb of commuter traffic, you can enjoy our sunny garden with a wild flower meadow beside the Colly Brook. We are mentioned in Alastair Sawday's B&B for Garden Lovers.

We have a hide where you can watch badgers in their natural setting from about 8pm in mid-summer and from dusk at other times of the year. Our breakfasts include home-produced honey, eggs and jam with bacon, sausages and bread from renowned Ludlow suppliers. The South Shropshire Farm Holidays Group is a friendly network of Shropshire tourism accommodation providers - bed and breakfast, self catering, camping and caravan sites etc. We meet every 2 months, providing each other with support, keeping ourselves up to date with the latest Shropshire tourism news and legislation, providing referrals within the group and marketing our Shropshire tourism accommodation collectively.

Our members are all based in the South Shropshire countryside. We are affiliated with Farmstay but you do not have to be on a farm to join. For example, owners of Shropshire cottages offering cottage short breaks are very welcome to join. All members must be inspected through either the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism or AA schemes.
